Withdrawal Information (Widerrufsbelehrung)

Purchase via the Stores

You buy the subscription in the app from Google Play or in the App Store. The seller is the respective store; withdrawal and refund are handled through it and according to its terms: for Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, for Google Play in your order history. In the app you will find both routes under “Profile → Membership → Withdraw from contract”. The store sends you the confirmation of the purchase on a durable medium (§ 312f BGB). Insofar as you have a statutory right of withdrawal against us, the following information applies as a precaution.

You can end the free use (Free) at any time at no cost by deleting your account.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — ITC International Trade Consult, owner: Andreas Heuvens, Heinestraße 122, 47623 Kevelaer, Germany, email: hallo@helferino.fun — of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you buy via Google Play or the App Store, the store handles payment and reimbursement. You can declare the withdrawal to us or directly to the store.

If you requested that the provision of the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract. We obtain this request separately before the purchase via a dedicated option in the confirmation dialog.

No Early Expiry

With the subscription, your right of withdrawal does not expire early. You retain it for the full fourteen days, even if the subscription features are activated immediately.
