Delete your Helferino.fun account

Here you can delete your Helferino.fun account, even without the app. This page belongs to the app “Helferino.fun”, published on Google Play by the developer “Helferino.de”.

How it works

Enter the email address and password of your Helferino.fun account.
Confirm that you want to delete the account permanently.
Tap “Delete account permanently”. The deletion happens immediately.

It works the same way in the app: Profile → Delete account.

Forgot your password?

Reset it in the app (Sign in → “Forgot password?”) and then delete the account here. Or write from your account’s email address to hilfe@helferino.fun and we’ll delete it for you.

What is deleted

Your account and your hobby profile, your requests, contacts and connections, all chats, ratings given and received, notifications, saved list, blocks and your profile picture.

Anyone who had a confirmed connection with you will be told that your account has been deleted.

What remains and for how long

Accounting records for purchases, where we are legally required to keep them: eight years from the end of the calendar year.
A deletion marker: only the random account ID and the time of deletion, for 180 days. It prevents a backup from restoring your account.
Reports you have made or that concern you remain, without any link to your account. Chat excerpts sent voluntarily are kept for at most 180 days from submission.

Active subscription

We cancel a subscription via Google Play automatically when you delete your account. A subscription via the App Store can only be ended by Apple: cancel it in your iPhone settings under “Subscriptions”. To only cancel without deleting the account, use the cancellation page.
